Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the unused stencil in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to ensure it is not bent or damaged during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided shipping label or your own tracked postage to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned stencil for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
